The Great Pipe Organ is well represented by all families of tone. The support of the main principal chorus was enhanced with the addition of the Second Diapason.  The 2-2/3 Nazard was made to  be an independent digital stop.  This allowed regulation of this critical color stop to be completed with proper balance within the structure of the Great chorus without having to be concerned with a secondary function to the stop.  This latitude insures a cohesive blend of the ensemble.

The additional foundational color of the 8' line is greatly enhanced with the 8' Violonecello and the 8' Harmonic Flute.  These stops add unique color and character which will provide greater versatility to this division.  The final enhancement to this division was creation of  the ability to have the Great Trumpet as an independent stop.

The Choir Division was dramatically improved with a number of considerations.   The new Viola Pomposa and Viola Celeste will provide a strong foundational character to this division.  The Flute Celeste is now a II Rank independent stop which can be voiced and regulated to provide an excellent complement to overall instrument.  The 4' Flute Ouverte provides the clear flute character to complement the chorus while the addition of the mutations provide a secondary Cornet.  This Cornet will complement the Swell division Cornet and mutations are current listed as digital.  These stops could be completed in existing pipework with chest action and voicing.  We have included this cost as an option with the proposal.

The III Cymbel was brought from the Swell Division and was revoiced as a 1-1/3' Mixture in the Choir Division to properly complete the harmonic series of this division.  The new Clarinet and Tuba ensures a wonderful complement from the Reed family of tone.  Each of these stops have their own use and will be superb examples of their character.

The foundational pedal is critical to the overall success of the instrument. The addition of a 16’ Violone will provide a clear, strong string character to complement the dynamic range and harmonic series of the 16’ line.

Our discussions had led to a creative usage of the Swell Trumpet as an independent 44 Note Unit Stop.  This existing reed will be complemented by a digital 32' Contra Posaune to provide the positive character and weight of the reed division.  In addition, an independent 4' Clarinet provides the clear upper line.

All new main windchests were be designed and constructed for the installation.  The new windchests were be constructed in an electro-mechanical style of design.  This style provides long term reliable service and excellent pneumatic characteristics when coupled with a solid state switching system controlling back EMF energy.  Each magnet was individually adjusted prior to the installation and regulated for proper seating.  A full pressure test of all magnets was completed prior to the windchests leaving the factory.
